If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding our services, please contact your dedicated customer support team member OR you can contact us via

2.      Provide further information

 

Please help us deal with your complaint quickly by providing the following:

  • The Date that the complaint relates to
  • Full Name/Business as per Hire Agreement
  • Contact information and preferred form of contact. Email, Phone number, Address
  • If your complaint is about a specific hire, we will request the following information – Start Date of Hire, Contract number, Plant number / Registration of the vehicle
  • Provide a clear description of the issue you are facing.

3.      Investigation and Resolution

 

Our team will investigate the matter and aim to find a satisfactory resolution within 28 days. We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible, however, in more complex cases, further time may be required by Height for Hire to investigate the matter thoroughly.


4.      Escalation

 

If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, your complaint can be escalated to our UK General Manager, Mark Taylor– Either by yourself or upon request through your existing point of contact at Height for Hire. A full review of your complaint will be conducted, and a final resolution will be provided.


5.      Satisfaction Survey via Trustpilot

 

Upon completion of your hire, you will receive an email with a direct link to our Trustpilot satisfaction survey. We invite you to share your experience by completing our satisfaction survey on
trust pilot. We appreciate honest feedback to enhance the quality of our service.
