We carry out a full Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) before every hire, making sure our HighDrive cherry pickers are fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations.

 

We also operate a 24/7 Freephone Technical Support Helpline so we’re there when you need us. Locate this sticker on your machine.

Our Support Desk

Our Self Drive Agent will carry out a thorough handover when you collect your 20m HighDrive. However if you have any technical questions or issues during your Hire, our Technical Support Team is there for you.

QR Codes

The QR Code and plant number allows you to download certification, useful machine information and contract details directly to your phone within seconds.

SRM

Our inhouse IT system has a full history of each machine digitally recorded in a central location. All Service Engineers can access this information at any time on their tablets, keeping all our machines in good working order and fully compliant.

Our Engineers

Our Service Engineers are CAP Assessed with IPAF Operator/Demonstrator status and regularly receive manufacturer training.


They are fully supported on site using the SRM system, with all the resources available to them, just like in a depot.


All PDIs, certification and inspections are also recorded in SRM, allowing our Engineers to carry out pro-active service scheduling as per manufacturers specifications.
