Hire rates will vary depending on length of hire, type of hire (with our without an operator) and insurance. To see prices, register/log in to your account. All prices are subject to VAT.
You will need to fill in your company details and contact information to register your account. We will then email you a temporary password so you can create your own password and complete registration.
Use the Location Finder on the Homepage to search at over 200 locations and find the HighDrive that is local to you. Then follow the simple steps to reserve your HighDrive. Once your reservation has been completed, our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your booking and arrange payment.
Weekend rates will be available for Collections on Friday at 2.00pm or 4.00pm. Vehicles must be returned by 9.00am on Monday morning in order to qualify for Weekend Rates. Late returns will incur further charges.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Once you have put your location into the Location Finder you will then see what HighDrives are available in your area by the colour of the pins. A Green Pin means it is ready for Collection on the same day, a Yellow Pin means it will be available in 24 hours and the Grey Pin means it will be available in 48 hours. Availability will vary depending on the time of day you search.
Yes. Once we have received your reservation, our Customer Care team will process your reservation and contact you to confirm and collect payment via credit card. In order to have a full account you will need to contact our Customer Care Team on 0330 822 1182 for terms and conditions.
Once your reservation Collection Point and Collection Time is confirmed, a HighDrive Agent will meet you at the Collection Point for handover of your 20m HighDrive. Your Agent will carry out a thorough familiarisation at handover. You will need your driver’s licence in order to complete handover. Late arrival or failure to show at the Collection Point at the agreed Collection Time can result in penalty charges.

The level of training required will depend on the risk assessment carried out by the employer. This will take into account the client’s H&S Policy, the type of machine and complexity of operation, plus the working environment. Familiarisation of the machine is a key factor in safe working at height. Training may be carried out by an awarding body or inhouse depending on the employer’s resources. Our HighDrive Agent will carry out a thorough familiarisation at handover when you come to collect your 20m High Drive at the Collection Point. Although not a legal requirement both the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) and IPAF (the International Powered Access Federation) strongly recommends that a full body harness with an adjustable lanyard (adjusted as short as possible to provide work restraint) is used when working from a boom type MEWP or vehicle mounted boom.
